"Donuts were hard and coffee had a burnt taste"
"They not just Crew members but they are my everyday Family. I saw with my naked eye that they already know drinks and food for most of the people standing in a line ……they don’t even have to say Nothing cuz there order is already Ready ……..just have to pay n grab the order…… Employees move very quick & smooth. When Dunkin isn’t busy ……i hangout and have some good conversation with employees working behind the counter and I even share my everyday life with them and I witnessed that Crew members care bout their customers a lot!"
"Absolutely TRASH. I’ve had to stop at this DD 3 times this week bc of the location and EVERY SINGLE TIME they got my order wrong. It’s such a simple request that as a customer you pay for and they can’t even get it right bc of how careless they are. Better off going to the DD in PA or on Lalor street. Those employees will make the coffee that YOU ordered."
