"I like this shop and we are there about four times a month while in Princeton. Easy since in a mall and plenty of parking just no drive thru. Sometimes food can take a while and they shove your sandwich in a little lopsided yet still a good location. We order extra hot lattes and cold brews with extra foam and they make it right. When busy they can be behind app ordering times"
"The employee who works here didn't ask me my name and whether it was a card payment or a cash payment when I received my drink order. And he handed the drinks before me to two groups of American women who ordered later than me. And when I asked him why the drink came out late, he couldn't help it because the machine broke down and apologized to me. But what you did to me before that is exactly wrong. Two other Asians also looked angry because they received the drink late too. I hope you don't work with that spirit of service anymore. Please serve everyone equally."
