"Called warranty company when my washer broke and Field Tech was assigned to my repair with an 8am to 5pm window (the ENTIRE business day?!). After reading the reviews, I had a lot of concerns about whether my washer was getting fixed (or if anyone would show). BUT - the technician texted in advance to confirm the appointment, and requested I let them know when I received the parts that were sent ahead of him. The day of the appointment, he arrived around lunch, was very polite, and fixed the washer in about 15 or so minutes. Very grateful"

"If I could give this company negative stars I would. I was assigned them through Assurant through Lowe’s warranty program for a broken dryer. It’s been over a month and it’s still not fixed. The first time they came and ordered the part and said it would take a week. Over a week later they finally came and they ordered the wrong part. Then they supposedly ordered another part. No call, no show twice now. Still haven’t fixed the dryer and kept rescheduling to another day. Please demand another company over this useless one. Customer service is horrible as well. They don’t answer the phone or text message and don’t care."

"I must admit I was not optimistic when Assurant assigned these guys to repair my 3 year old GE fridge whose LED interior lights were not working after reading all the horrible reviews. I nearly called to cancel honestly but it was a minor issue and I figured I'd try it. The address for them was in Southampton only a few miles away. They seem to have another location in Philadelphia as well. I received an email from Assurant advising Field Tech was assigned and should be contacting me. Shortly thereafter I received a text from Field Tech asking to confirm my appointment for the next day which was today. I confirmed. The window was 10am to 6pm. Around 230 I got a phone call from an unknown number. It was the tech advising me he'd be out in 25 minutes. He arrived on time and looked at my lights. He agreed that one had likely burned out and that was was keeping them all from working. He said he didn't have the part with him but could order it. He said he would order it and be back in about 7 or 8 days to install it OR he could send it right to me and I could install it myself. I was totally comfortable with that and it made more sense than to have to spend another day waiting for them to come out for a 2 minute job. I will say I fix most things on my own and never ever ever buy extended warranties, but after the last piece of junk LG fridge I had, I was t taking any chances. Hoping that this fridge lasts longer and hopeful that if I have any further issues that Field Tech will deliver similar results."

"Had an appointment with this company for our product warranty on a GE washer we recently purchased from Home Depot. They called us yesterday for an appointment to be handled today between 8 and 5 (directly from Field Tech's "dispatch center"). We were also told we would get a call one hour before they were set to arrive. Obviously not thrilled to get an 8 hour window with no indication of when they would be set to arrive on a Saturday, but our washer has not worked correctly for a few days now. They completely missed our window and we have yet to hear a word from them. Expecting to be pushed off."

"No call, no show. Demand a better company if you're assigned to this one for your warranty repairs. Assigned as my warranty company by Assurant/Lowes to repair my GE washing machine. They never emailed, called, or in any way acknowledged the appointment. I tried calling their phone number and it rang many times and went to a full voicemail. It gave me the option to send an SMS so I did but they never returned that either. The Lowes warranty rep tried to call and got the same thing so she dropped their claim and assigned it to a different company. Don't waste your time with these guys. Hire someone else and if its a warranty company you're working through, demand a better company."
