"Edited review: There was a mix-up on my shipment due to the post office's auto zip code system. The Edgewater people did everything possible to streamline the process, even going so far as to send me a 2nd shipment. The part was shipped promptly and worked perfectly. When I phoned, I was treated courteously and with respect. Appreciate very much the help given by George at Edgewater. However, communication with them is less than stellar. A few emails and a phone call were not answered. Upgrading their ability to respond to questions would up my review to 5 stars."

"Bought defrost timer on Ebay . When it arrived, it had another part number. I believe the photo was intentionally blurred so that I would be fooled into thinking this was the right part number. Seller does not respond to my emails. Left a message, did not hear back. Filed report on Ebay for fraudulent listing."
