"I had a very distasteful experience with this organization. I purchased a sensor from them somewhat recently and when I returned the item they tried to deny my claim because they sent me an old sensor from their inventory (brand new) and now that I have returned the item in the same brand new condition they are trying to claim it was swapped out. We’ll be taking our business to MAPerformance or some other shop at has a little better quality control in place before sending out parts. This was a reflection of poor inventory management and terrible customer service. They were no questions asked, only fingers pointed. Again, a reflection of poor organizational management overall."
