"Ok I have had it I pull up first off it says you close at 8pm and open at 4 I spend at least 100.00 a week here not anymore I pull up Sunday nite its 6:58pm all the lights are on and the open sign is lit I pull up to drive thru with 2 cars behind me and she she waited till 702 to answer and says there closed I said it says 8 but she says 7 I said ok I was here 658 she says closed well so is my wallet I pull around now all the lights are off I'm done ill take my money elsewhere there's one every other mile so goodluck folks I'm moving on with my money poor service"

"They have repeatedly gave me bad service with the line not as long as usual ,from charging me $3.69 for a coffee when I get to the window and hand the lady $10 , and get $2.02 when I left! This is totally unacceptable! Also to screw up my coffee is not worth my money or going back to make a complaint! So I’m giving you the 1 star because I can’t give you a negative 5 star! May you have a Merry Christmas"

"Always double-check your receipt and cross-check your bank account before leaving the drive-through window, especially when you are ordering in the morning and afternoon. A lady who works from morning to afternoon shift wears nasty, dirty gloves and constantly overcharges by up charging or adding on extra items that are unnoticeable. She becomes unpleasant when you ask for a receipt. Her name is "Amy," and she has done it multiple times. On a positive note, the night crew provides excellent service compared to the morning/afternoon crew. The night crew is super speedy to drive through, and the employees are always so friendly! They never overcharged you."

"First thing was the solid sugar in my iced beverage. Like drinking sand . Second they barely put any cream cheese on my bagel . 3rd the women couldn't stop talking to take the order so it was nearly impossible to understand. Edit my partner had an allergic reaction to the dairy after we repeated 4 times oat milk . The incompetence of these places is unbelievable"
