"Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and the bagel was totally burnt with hardly any cream cheese at all. Tasted like sandpaper. How do you mess that up?"

"I went in and short lady was extremely room,telling me she too busy to take my order. I went in because drive thru wasn’t moving. After that I didn’t bother to order and I left. Very rude"

"I stopped by DD this morning because I was in a hurry to make an appointment. I grabbed a med. coffee and a bagel with cc, toasted. Once my appt was over and I was able to open the packaging of my bagel, it was totally burnt!!! It even smelled burnt!! I called the store to have my complaint heard, no one answered the phone! To top off the insult, the cost of a med coffee with bagel and was $6!! I want a full refund and I will never visit this branch again! The sad part is, I was totally starving! I am so angry!! I'm inclined to believe the attendant at the window as well as everyone else in the store knew they sold me a burnt bagel! We all know what burnt bread smells like! Awful!"

"They’re the only Dunkin that just never opened their doors after the pandemic. they force everyone to go through drive thru, they even make little kids stand in the drive thru line — it was so dark one morning and I didn’t notice the kids and could have hurt/hir someone driving up as they were walking up the line. They also ALWAYS mess up the order. You say butter on the side, they put it on. They’re also the only Dunkin that charges $1 to have NO ICE in your drink. She argues and says it’s the Dunkin’ Donuts rule but I’ve been told by other places that’s false. They sell you old food and their lattes always come half empty even though you’re paying $6 for a cup. The woman who runs the store and is always there is usually always rude and in a bad mood, her employees look miserable. She snatches cards out your hand. Honestly the WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to and I hate how it’s the closest to my job but even with that — I stopped going."

"What a joke of a business. I’ve been here once before and the food served was still frozen. Now they hand me an unmixed drink and when I say “you’re not even going to mix it” they slam the door on me in the drive thru. The customer service here absolutely sucks. So glad I ordered a cup of ice and milk. DO NOT COME HERE!"
