"TERRIBLE PEOPLE. I received my order incorrectly. I asked for an Iced tea, light ice. I received a cup filled to the top, all ice. I told the people at the window I didn't want that much ice in it. I just had dental work so my teeth are sensitive. I was told I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL DOLLAR FOR LESS ICE. I cannot believe these extortionists are allowed to do this. I will NEVER visit a D D again."

"Rip off artists! My wife ordered an iced tea at the window and we were given a cup where the ice was excessive. Half an ounce of tea, all ice We were told it was AN EXTRA DOLLAR TO REMOVE IT. We will never go back. Go to another Dunkin if you don't want to get bullied into paying more money for what you want."

"Only half the bagel had cream cheese and the whole bagel was supposed to be toasted but was not. At least the hot chocolate was good. One place that will not get my business again. I spent all day at hospital with nothing to eat since yesterday and was looking forward to that bagel. I tried to call, recording comes on press 1 to leave a message 2 to end. I pressed 1 and got mailbox full, can’t leave a message. Go figure."

"Almost everyone I come here they don’t have jelly donuts or a staple item at noon or later. How do you call yourself Dunkin’ Donuts if you run out of everything by then."

"Horrible, I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and they brought out a pumpkin iced coffee and I had to pay the normal latte price!! I should have payed for a coffee. I walked in the store and they laughed in my face telling me that’s not what I ordered and I did!!! This store is so dumb! I reccomend any location exept this one, and this is not the first bad experience I had with this store!! They will constantly mess up your drinks or food and blame it on you, I’m not the only person I know who this has happened to and they will laugh at you if you say anything, I’m contacting corporate today this is unbelievable"
