"Used their services and was very happy with them."
"Last night, our oven unexpectedly stopped working, but a quick call to Tri State Appliance this morning brought Earl to the rescue. Earl from Tri State swung by with his tool bag, the correct part and in no time, our oven was back in action. A huge thank you to Earl and the team at Tri State Appliance - they're definitely highly recommended!"
"My gas stove stopped working 3 days before Thanksgiving. The clock and setting were not visible. So, I did some testing and found that I needed a control board for the oven to work. Looked online, but part wouldn't be here till December. I looked on Google Maps and found Tri-State Appliance. Called them to see if they had the part. The nice lady(Kathleen) that answered the phone said she could order the part and have it there the next day. She also had me speak with the tech(Earl) to make sure it was the right part. After speaking with the tech(Earl), he agreed that the part I was ordering was correct. The following day, Kathleen called me and stated that the company did not ship the part. But she said she stayed on the phone with them to make sure they mail out that same day. Kathleen called me the day before Thanksgiving and told me the part was in. I went and picked it up and came home to install it. It only took about 20 minutes to replace. The stove works great, and my wife was pleased. You know the saying "Happy Wife, Happy Home".. I would recommend Tri-State Appliance to anyone for repairs or purchases. They go out of their way to help you."
"1. Called with information about an oven that was turning on, but not heating up 2. Technician arrived, did extremely minimal diagnostics we had already done at home (turning knobs, flicking breaker switches.) We paid for the service call and he left. 3. Never called back to follow-up; when we called, we were told we needed a new oven, but no suggestions made. 4. Fast forward to today after I've spent $1600 on a new oven, turns out we didn't need one. We had an electrical issue that should have been identified at the time of service. TLDR; accepted money for service when they knew full-well they couldn't and wouldn't diagnose the issue, caused us to make a large, unnecessary purchase. Would not recommend."
"Earl is the best. I called 9am Monday morning about a broken refrigerator...by 11:30am the same day he effected repairs in my home. My fridge is now working perfectly. Total price including part & labor was very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about this shop...highly recommended!"
