"Every time I visit this dunkin (which is pretty much every day ) everything is always perfect from the customer service to the sweetness of my coffee."

"I tried this place for the first time, drive-thru and I’m NEVER going back there again. I asked for bacon egg and cheese on “Croissant”, and a medium pumpkin spice latte. They used “Bagel” instead of Croissant..! So reckless.. Ok, Fine, it’s still food and I ate it as I didn’t want to drive back. But the Pumpkin Spice LATTE - is THE WORST..! They either used rotten milk or expired syrup, but omg it REEKED..! Had very strong ACETIC TASTE to it and I had to throw it all out. Such a waste of my time and money. Save yourself the time and trouble and go someplace else. THE LADY(with hijab) AT COUNTER(who also prepared my order) SHOULD GET HER ACT TOGETHER!!"

"When I placed my order at the speaker, I was asked if I wanted a mix for my dozen donuts not. I was under the impression that mixed meant I was going to be asked what donuts I wanted. I was wrong. Apparently, mixed means assorted, where they give you 1 of each donut. When I got to the window I asked if this is when I pick what donuts I wanted. The employee told me to hold on, and then proceeded to hand me a box of donuts that had been picked by someone else. I asked his manager about me picking my own assortment of donuts and she told me that I have to do that at the window and I can do it next time. I expressed that I did not want the donuts she picked and she did not offer to take them back or refund my money."

"Do you put sugar and creamer in your coffee orders? Absolutely. So why do you REFUSE to put honey in the tea order? Because how am I supposed to put sticky honey in my tea while driving? I came through the drive through for a reason. Makes no sense."

"Absolutely terrible serve. First when I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order the person at the window asked how can I help you .. I replied one moment… within 5 seconds he asked again .. I thought maybe he didn’t hear me say one moment a little louder and see they have a camera on top of the drive thru so clearly they could see I was looking over the menu. The male voice comes across the speaker again with in about 8 seconds and says are you ready now ? To which I said just one moment (it’s 930am and a glare on the menu so verifying what I wanted) the male voice comes over the speaker and rudely says there are people behind you. I glance in my rear view mirror and see there are two cars behind me. I reply I am see and I am going to place my order. I then glanced over to see if there was enough room to leave the drive thru and order nothing because that was absolutely rude and terrible customer service. I place my $25 order which they did not deserve. However part of the order was for a sick person and they were on the side of the highway I was on. Whomever is working the drive thru needs serious customer service training I don’t care if I was spending 5 or 25 you don’t speak to customers who are spending money with you that way."
