"We've been to this dunkin here and there but since moving to the area, this has become our go-to. Time after time it's made good. Not burnt, not made wrong, no confusion. You order your coffee, pay, and leave without any issues. Only complaint is sometimes I think they add a bit too much syrup because my coffees are sometimes on the sweeter side. But I can live with that if it's not too much. Staff is friendly as well. Overall, I'd say if you want to find a good dunkin with good workers, go here."

"This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. First and foremost, the lady who took my order was very rude. I originally ordered chai latte, toasted bagel with cream cheese and a coffee cake muffin. I waited for a 15 minutes before having to ask them for chai latte that I never received. Finally another cashier went to go make it before she realized that they didn’t have anymore chai to make the latte. So asked me what did I want in return. I told her I would rather a Matcha latte. She two spoons of matcha with some hot water, stir it and gave it to me and as you can tell by the picture, aside from the amount in she put in the cup. But it tasted very disgusting. the coffee cake muffin was so hard, it tasted as if it was a few days old. The customer service there was very horrible. My thing is if the first cashier who took my order actually went to go make the latte after taking my order, she would have noticed that there weren’t anymore instead of making me wait. Her attitude definitely matched her actions. Because she did not care. Waste of money. It makes so sense to go there. There’s another one just two miles up the road. Based on the reviews from this location, they obviously selling days old product and should be reported."

"Every time I come to this dunkin donuts I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but the fail every time. I order hashbrowns and they are always pre-made hard, over cooked and barley warm. So if you was old pre-made hash browns come here. I knew better to check them this time and requested fresh hash browns. They should know better!"

"Dont know ?? .. Avocado toast does not get toasted, no seasonings on top, no salt in the store ( theyre out). For the price of 2 loaves of bread, they could addthe ingredients AND toast it like advertised. 3 stars for the staff/ 0 for the franchise owner."
