"One of the only Dunkin’ Donuts that has been consistent with the quality of my orders. The staff is always friendly, service is quick and donuts are fresh. I don’t usually write reviews, especially for franchises, but this location deserves five stars."

"This place has never gotten my order correct whether at the speaker or in the bag. I ordered 3 things iced tea bagel and a doughnut. They forgot the fn donut that I did pay for. Last time I’ll go there. Place is a joke. Stay away"

"An order taker at the drive through refused to refund my gift card balance after I cancelled my order when the cups had ice and cream at the bottom. Order taker told me that I should have asked them to remove ice instead of telling them to remove ice because there was ice coming out the top of my cup which happened before at this location. This location serves undercooked sandwiches and poor quality drinks for at least a year. I only went back because I had a gift card that they stole 9 dollars off of."

"Very unprofessional and rude. Don’t greet guests in a timely manner or even acknowledge us after standing at counter for 10 minutes. The only employee that has any idea of how to treat guests is the guy David who always greets and serves in a respectful way. Someone needs to educate all others in proper customer service ethic because I go there almost everyday and overlook their rude, unprofessional behavior but after today I don’t think I will be going back there because enough is enough. I’d rather drink gas station coffee then deal with their nonsense every morning"
