"Order #3911 at 10:45 am on 11/06/23-Ordered sausage croissant, hash browns, sourdough sandwich to take on the road as we were checking out of the Hampton Inn next to that location. 20 min down the road we discovered that the sourdough sandwich was BURNED--on BOTH sides-- and inedible. Not just too brown, burned black. There were only 2 customers in the store so it's not like they were rushed.Too late to take back. We stay at that hotel location a lot but we will NOT go back to that Dunkin'"
