"Honestly I went to get just one medium ice coffee and cream cheese bagel and the coffee taste like water even if you tell them to add 5 creams. And I think there is something wrong with the coffee machine or the coffee is expired because it taste really weird and it gave me a really bad heart burn and I throw up. So just be careful where you guys get ur coffee and food from because these people don’t clean ur their stuff."

"I went in to get something quick before work, and the new girl took her good old time doing everything. She was on her phone not even paying attention to the customer. Miss the other employees, they got things done fast."

"The girls in the morning here are on the ball. There maybe a line out the door but you won't wait but a split second and they are nothing less than pleasant, they make it a point to know your name to greet you wish you good morning afternoon evening whatever may be. and consistent my coffee is made the same way all day every day. One of my biggest pet peeves is consistency they just nail it."

"Ok, very small space, better to order in advance before coming for faster service. One worker operated so becomes little lenthy on service during rush hours, or big order."

"The employees are really nice but unfortunately I have been here several times and given them more chances then I should have before doing this review and they still could not provide fresh bagels or donuts nor could they properly execute a caramel iced latte. I think 3 stars is being generous when it comes to the food and drinks, as anyone that reads my reviews knows I am not overly harsh in my comments and I Always give a food establishment at least 3 to 4 tries before I write my review and in all honesty I gave this Dunkin 7 tries. Sadly ALL 7 visits were such a disappointment and waste of money. Like I said in the beginning the employees are really awesome and that was the reason I gave it so many chances because if they could even get it right 1 time I was willing to give 4 stars mainly because the employees are just so super nice, they could not do it and the food was stale and the drink was terrible every time."
