Dunkin'

"I ordered an iced macchiato with skin milk & an xtra shot of espresso & was given regular milk & the drink was completely wrong as it usually is at this location no matter what my family orders it’s wrong burnt cold ect but when you try & explain your met with major attitude and wait for it the 2 workers insisted they did not understand why I was upset because I didn’t pay for my order my “App” paid for it HELLO WHO’S MONEY DO THEY THINK WAS LOADED ON TO THE DUNKIN APP & even if say I used a reward MY DRINK IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED & the wrong type of milk will absolutely affect my stomach so why should I suffer because they don’t want to read what was ordered & refuse to fix it because apparently MY APP PAID FOR IT!!! I sure would love to find this magically app that pays for anything instead of me loading my money to pay for my food!!!"

"Always the slowest service here. Waited 15 minutes for 2 coffees and sandwiches, and there were 7 people working. They repeatedly have shown that they don't care about the walk in customers."

"I had bad experience at this location twice already. For the first time there were some missing donuts in my package. And today I made online order an hour before pick up , the order was not ready and moreover the donuts I already paid for were out of stock."

"This is the worst Dunkin Donuts Ever!!! My Oder is never made correctly and the coffee always taste old, burnt and not fresh! There’s also always a lot of teenage workers who stand around like they have no work to do or a care in the world. I literally can walk to this Dunkin from my house and I choose to drive to the Brownsville Road location because my order is always correct, the coffee and donuts are fresh and the service is excellent!!!"

"Much improved over the past 6 months or so. Hiral to the rescue! I'm greeted and thanked when I pick up my orders and that was not the case in my previous review. Now, if only the coffee cups wouldn't leak..."
