"All Dunks have gone downhill since they took away the chicken salad, stopped making the fresh croissants, over franchised their name and imposed all sorts of costs to those franchise owners which in turn they have passed on to the public. Remember when they used to use real egg on their sandwiches? Nasty tasting food, donuts are smaller and no longer freshly made at my locations, shipped in. Sadly, I only stopped here to use the bathroom."
"Every time I go there, they mess my order up and then try to act like they have no idea what I’m talking about when I tell them they messed it up. The people at the window are always rude except the managers. It’s like you order, but they give you what they want to give you instead of what you asked for. I will never go there again."
"Worse service I've had at a Dunkin'! No one greeted customers as they came in or informed them how to order if they're "machines were down". It took 10 mins for someone to acknowledge us. The worker didn't start taking orders on the register until some of us used the self serve kiosk."
"A interesting Dunkin. The building is an old bank so the layout is a little different. There is plenty of parking and decent seating indoors. The drive-thru has a canopy so it’s only for smaller cars. I don’t think large trucks will make it. The food and coffee is the usual Dunkin offerings."
