"Was shocked to find out I was charged $1 extra for not getting ice in my drink. Then when I inquired about the charge and went to change my order to a beverage with ice inside it, a language barrier prevented further communication on the matter. Third poor experience at this particular Dunkin location. Prob wont stop at this particular location again."

"While ordering in the drive thru, I was told while ordering 2 coffees that I was speaking too fast, while simultaneously being rushed with no customer service. Keep in mind there were no other cars behind me. I understand the concept of working with urgency, and of course you don't want to fall behind, but just because it's early in the morning doesn't mean you should be on the verge of being rude."

"Worst ever Dunkin I have been too. I was there on Sunday (10/08/2023) evening around 5:45 pm, I was served good hot coffee but the guy was not in a mood to welcome and repeteadely mentioned that he is cleaning the place and they are about to close, though, the time to close shown on website, google and door, clearly mentioned 7:00pm. Will never visit this unwelcoming place again. Seems like Dunkin is just interested in selling out their franchises and not concerned about their brand. I pity the owner of this unit who must be seeing reviews like mine often. God bless this NO SHOW DD."

"Had we gone to the drive thru, we probably would have rated this much higher. On the plus side, the store has been completely remodeled, with nice clean restrooms to boot. When we came out of the clean restrooms, we noticed that the couple who were at the counter when we were walking in were still waiting at the counter. We waited behind them while the staff ran around doing things. Then we realized that this couple had yet to give their order. After another five minutes, we left without getting anything. The crew never even acknowledged the couple in front, much less us. We gather they only wanted to pay attention to the drive thru. Lesson learned... Don't bother going in to see their nice new store. Just stay in your car if you want to actually purchase anything."
