Starbucks

"I normally get great service at this Starbucks and the people are always friendly. However, this morning when I went to place my order, I got a large coffee and when asked if I wanted anything in it I said no thank you but I was then told the price for my order. I wanted to order a burrito but I figured I probably misheard what the woman at the window said and she probably asked if I wanted anything else. I pull around and give her cash for my coffee, and she hands the cup to me in such a way that I can only grab it from the top. So, I made sure to grab the top of the cup and not the lid, but as I was putting the cup in the car's cupholder I realized the cup was soft and seconds later hot coffee explodes in my car and onto my face, my fingers, the console, the windshield, and the passenger window. I yelled as hot coffee hurts and asked the woman for napkins. She went "sure", put my change in my coffee-covered, burnt hand. Then she shoved a whopping two napkins out the window at me, not making eye contact and not even saying anything else to me. I don't like being that person and I don't like the idea that the customer is always right but when someone gets injured in front of you from something you just handed them, maybe be a bit decent and at least ask if they're okay."

"I’m so thankful this isn’t the closest Starbucks because how miserable my mornings would be. Every time I stop by the mall like all men suffer from they have to take their love ones to Starbucks now Starbucks got good drinks so I don’t mind, but wow this store is like the Tobias Harris experience you’re paying premium price like any other Starbucks, but the quality is terrible. I understand this gets a lot of people, but it is frankly impressive that this specific Starbucks is just consistently bad to mediocre at best. I am literally typing this review out while I am in line in another Starbucks to reorder my drinks."

"Just came from here and our order was wrong in the drive through. We were nice enough to not make them make the entire drink again and just scrape the white cream off and add the pumpkin cold foam with more caramel drizzle like we said to do when first placed the order, they didn’t even do that. Then to top it all off, I pulled a long hair out from the drink!"

"Love this location. Always fast service and great smiles to go with it. I feel safe to bring my little ones here especially since its clean too"
