Dunkin'

"I bought a hot latte with sugar I was in a rush to my appointment so I went to the drive through and she gave me a supposedly hot latte when I drink the latte is cold not hot so now I have to go inside. They knew cause they are looking at me asked me what’s the problem. I said u gave me a cold coffee it’s not hot so one rude one screams make it real hot then I said it wasn’t hot in the first place I said maybe ur machine is broken. So she takes my coffee puts it on the machine and put more cream on it messed up the flavor it didn’t have no taste just creamer so nasty I wasted money on something I didn’t drink never again would I come here.Its not a lot but it’s money u giving and not drinking smh"

"Absolutely terrible. We were trying to get into the store at 8:00, the store closes at 9:00. I saw teenage workers were looking over from the counter and as soon as I pulled there handle for the door, they hid under the counter, clearly visible. The door was locked and they were still looking over from the counter to check if we had left. I looked from the drive thru window and saw them clearly. They ran to the back and one of them opened the drive thru window and as he was doing so, he was laughing. Never coming here again."

"Terrible night shift crew, I came with my friend and our kids yesterday around 7pm on Friday at this location and after they saw us coming they turned off the light (the one by the front door) and they locked the door immediately and all the 3 or 4 employees start to hide!! I went to the drive thru window and saw them hidden and trying to check if we left or not yet!! then I waited until one of the crew came over and I told him why are you hidden and locked the door it’s still 7 and he said I know but if you already inside then it’s ok but we don’t let any other customer to come in because we are closed!! no one was in the store except the employees. It was our first time at this location and definitely the last! ! I never experience something horrible like this before!"

"This is one of the nicest Dunkin’s I’ve ever frequented. I’ve been to them from California to New Jersey and in between. If the drive through is backed up. No worries. These guys get it done within two minutes max. At this location everyone is fun and kind and cares about your order. A stand out here for me is Raphael. He always knows my name. Even when I am in drive through. He always greets everyone with the most charismatic attitude. He is always upbeat. He literally has never had a poor attitude. I’ve been coming here for over a year. He seems like a great team player. Other team members also know my name. They are wonderful people here. It’s always a pleasure to chat with them."

"This is the best Dunkin location in south Jersey. I can no longer count how many times a Dunkin has messed up my simple ice coffee order. This Dunkin knows how to make it and they have taken the time to know and expect my order each morning . They make it perfect every time and they are beyond friendly. Well done guys and gals! I will be stopping back tomorrow :)"
