"Do not order from this company. Horrible customer service. I placed an order for face masks in April which they stated would be delivered within a couple of days and shipped FedEx expedited. I never did receive the face masks as stated. When I tried to cancel via email, Facebook Messenger & phone calls in April and May to cancel and requesting a full refund with no response. I no longer needed the face masks. I FINALLY receive and email on July 6, 2020 stating they are shipping my order via FedEx. I received the order which I no longer need today Thursday, July 9, 2020. I tried again to email them to cancel the order and requested another refund due to no longer needing the masks and they shipped them regardless. Thank you a dissatisfied customer. Julie Mann"

"In April I placed 2 orders for masks totaling $200. I was charged immediately but I still have not received what I was charged for. I have sent several emails, as per instructions from the company, asking for a refund and have heard nothing. I sent a letter over a week ago asking for a refund, again I have heard nothing. I would highly recommend not using this company for anything. The least they could do is communicate with their customers. All we received was an email saying a refund would be given if one was requested. Obviously this isn’t true. ."

"During these times it is difficult to get face masks. When I placed my order I was realistic as to when my order would arrive. Sprinter supplier gave updates on my order and reassured me that once they receive their supplies my order will be shipped accordingly. I was very surprised when they sent an email stating my order shipped. Every other company canceled my order without warning. I am extremely happy with this company and how they are accepting orders for customers other than Healthcare facilities. Thank you for servicing us as well. I am happy with my order. Everyone else with negative reviews should be more patient during this time."

"I ordered face masks on 4/8 with delivery date of 4/10. I’ve received nothing and can’t seem to contact them by phone or message. Phone says it’s full can’t leave a message. I paid a lot of money for these expecting to have them. Disgraceful at a time like we are having to take my money not deliver the goods. Next will be a dispute with my bank. Then better business bureau. Do not order medical supplies from this company!!!!!!"

"I realize they may not have expected the amount of orders they revived for masks and gloves but on their website they said 2 day shipping for which you pay fed ex charges for. They charged my card immediately for my order. Two weeks later still waiting for items to be shipped. Emailed and said my items would be shipped on Monday of this week. Of course they were not. No communication since then despite repeated emails asking when my items would be shipped. So they charge your card right away but don’t ship for weeks with no date in site. Will have to dispute charge with CC company if I don’t hear anything by Friday. I wouldn’t risk ordering from this company again. Take your money immediately then ignore you."
