"The employees for the most part are kind. There's always bad days or outliers, you never really know. The biggest issue here outside of wait times if their busy is the management. I find it really despicable when management talks poorly on employees where customers can hear. But what's worse is when they laugh AT or ABOUT employees all due to personal reasons and/or health reasons. I wouldn't recommend anyone patronage this particular star bucks unless management is changed."

"This place is not consistent with their drinks. Some day my drink is water down not much mocha and it tastes like warm milk. It get busy since they also take a lot of online order."

"I have been going here ever since Starbucks opened back in 2018, and in the beginning lines would be long and they were slow, but current day they are efficient, rarely mess up my orders even if they are very specific and the mobile ordering system is fast. Only gripe is the mobile order section is largely unmonitored so anyone could take your drink or touch yours with dirty hands and you wouldn’t know."

"I hate it every time i order Starbucks and this one lady every single time always gives me an attitude bcs i asked her for more caramel drizzle since they charged me 60 cent but she wants to charge me another 60 cent bcs they didn’t put enough, like bro i use to work at Starbucks i know the rules and regulations . Like where is the caramel in my cup like Starbucks isn’t cheap ."

"I didn’t get any food today but i did get two drinks. I usually will go to this Starbucks if I’m in the mood for Starbucks over dunkin. Yes I drink both. I wanted two drinks today, the first one I knew what I wanted but I wasn’t sure on the second one. So I asked the barista at the counter who rung me up if I could have a coffee base drink of her favorite drink and it’s so good! Though I’m still drinking it from 7:17 this morning it’s very good!"
