"i have no idea what they put in a cup and served to me but it was the most disgusting refresher i’ve ever drank. i ordered a peach passion fruit refresher but what was given to me was a pink and brown drink i didn’t wanna be a karen so i was like okay let me just try it and i honestly think they were trying to kill me with whatever the hell is in this cup it tastes like literal hotdog water"
"This location is an absolute joke. There is no regard for mobile orders, walk ins come first and there is zero sense of urgency to get beverages made. Staff is rude as hell and the woman making beverages was opening one packet of Sweet n Low at a time to add to someones drink. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes for a mobile order that was placed 20 minutes prior before finally walking out and contacting customer service for a refund. I will NEVER return to this location and would suggest you go elsewhere if you don’t have a leisurely schedule to be standing around waiting ridiculous amounts of time for a coffee or tea."
