"Couldnt get my hot food order because their ovens were being service and they didnt identify that the food items were out of stock when preordered. They wanted me to leave without my hot item and reach out to Dunkin. I didnt think Dunkin corporate is going to beleive me. Plenty of other sites have given either a credit or cash refund. Guess they need to learn appropriate business practice."

"Let me start of saying I usually go to this DD location and normally the service is great and the staff is kind and pleasant but today the staff were not the usual workers I encounter on my weekday order. The person who took my order this morning was rude, unpleasant and I felt extremely rushed. I ordered a Medium Caramel iced latte and I was cleared when I put my order in. When I looked on the screen I saw Carmel iced coffee instead of a Latte and when I corrected her she told me “ next time I should say that” which I then told her I did. I then try to order my kids donuts and as I was telling her what I wanted she went a head and stop me then proceeded to say “how many donuts you want” After I said to her I want two boston cream and 1 pink sprinkle donut. I am not sure what her deal was but rushing someone as they are ordering and being rude is uncalled for. I get it was a busy morning but that is normal for this location. You can tell this staff were not on the same page and did not want to be there. I understand customer service is not always fun but this is a job you choose, so just need to make the best of it and next time try to be more pleasant."

"Orders drive thru, and saw on the board the cream cheese was rung up as an 8oz side, brought it up twice and was told no that is how a beagle with creme cheese is entered. Or reference 8oz of creme cheese is an entire tub/block for the grocery store. I figured okay of the person rang me up wrong, I'll just have creme cheese for home since the receipt is for 8oz of it. Ended up getting a bagel that I had to double check if it even had any creme cheese on it."

"I don't know how this place has a 3.5 rating. The employees are super nice whether you go in the morning or late at night. I have no complaints because the place is always clean, serve is great and food/coffee tastes well."
