"The staff at this Dunkin are so nice - always smiling when I walk in. If I walk up to the counter and staff are by the drive up window, someone always acknowledges me right away and says "I'll be right there" and then they are! I recently pre-ordered two boxes of joe to take to a party. When I walked in to pick up, they had things all ready for me in bags - cups, sweeteners, creamers and were literally pouring the fresh coffee. Everyone was so pleasant. Thank you for a great customer experience!"

"I was over charged for 3 shots of espresso. I showed previous receipts but I was still upcharged"

"Hands down, the worst Dunkins experience ever. Terrible service, like we couldn't even look at the menu in the drive without being asked 3 times in 30 seconds if we are ready to order. Nobody behind us btw... then then Caramel "iced" coffee come out and it is full of ice to the very top. Just blew my mind, way more ice than there was coffee lol. And theennnn. They serve us up some burnt sourdough toast sandwiches lmao. Unbelievable, that we $20 for turrribleness. Smh"

"The staff couldn’t care less about you if you’re not in drive-thru. I come here twice a week due to work and somehow my order is different each time and that’s after watching them ignore you for 5 minutes at the counter. The only reason I come back is because of convenience but never otherwise."

"We ordered for in-store pickup on our phones and didn’t realize the inside portion of the store had closed a few minutes prior. Yet, the young man inside instantly unlocked the door for us and gave us our orders! He was extremely polite and it was so nice that he went out of the way for two random customers :)"
