"Me and my boyfriend always come to this location. We give them our orders and once other regulars come in they stop making our food and get there food like we weren't first in line. How about make our food first then make there food or drink. We shouldn't be waiting 10 minutes to get our drinks cuz you making there's first so they can get out the door. Or get some more people working at this location just to make drinks"
"The speaker box for the drive thru breaks up a lot. My order has been wrong despite reading it back to me and having the correct info on the receipt sticker on the cup. I asked a general question, there were 4 employees who heard the question, not one was able to answer me. In fact, they ignored my question. When the shift manager heard me asking the same question for the third time she approached and answered. I've been a loyal customer at this location for years, as its the closest to my house. The quality of service has worsened slowly over the last year, more noticeably the last three months."
