Reviews of Càphê Roasters
"A cafe serving Vietnamese inspired drinks and dishes. They are famous for their egg coffee, a popular drink in Vietnam made with whipped egg foam, but a variety of their special drinks are also highly delicious! The cafe is spacious and cozy and can be used as a study spot."
"the cute cafe is amazing!!! i came here two sundays ago right at opening because i wanted find parking since the area is a little sketchy. we ended up finding street parking in a nearby neighborhood where we walked about a minute. staff was very welcoming and the vibes of the cafe are super chill and relaxed. it’s very spacious inside! lots of room to do work. i got the bạc xỉu, mama fries, and khangs special bánh mì. the bạc xỉu was amazing!!! i am a sweet coffee drinker and if you are as well, i def recommend! it's similar to a cà phê sữa dá but sweeter. you can def taste the sweetened condensed milk. the mama fries and bánh mì were also amazing! the bánh mì is a decent size for the price. i would def say i had a very heavy breakfast and would opt to eat this meal later in the day, but as i mentioned before, i wanted to find parking since i know it can be busier in the day. service was very quick, so come early in the morning if you want to come in and out! we spent about $50 for two coffees, two banh mis, and fries which is a bit pricey in my opinion, but i say it's worth it if you don't visit often. i really like how they often switch up the menu so customers can try different things! their twist on traditional vietnamese cuisine is very unique and i love how their own chefs create the recipes! i would 1000% come back!"
"Egg custard latte (iced) is BEAUTIFUL! The five-spice chicken and crispy rice is ALSO SO AMAzing! Totally shareable! Great seats and lighting for working and sharing!"
"OBSESSED. First, logistics. Found street parking. Dog friendly. Came at around 11AM on a Saturday with two friends. No problem finding seating. The gentlemen working were so sweet. The Viet coffee was delicious, but the pumpkin latte is INSANELY good. THE FOOD!!! Got the banh mi with fried chicken, pate, and fried egg. 10/10. So delicious. Meat was perfectly cooked. Baguette was so fresh. The porridge is SO savory. Reminds me of my mom’s. We love crispy rice for the texture, and this did not disappoint. Generous serving of stewed meat. Definitely recommend. We will be back."
"They have the best banh mi I've ever eaten. My favorite is The Works banh mi. Their fries are solid. This time we got their new buldak fries. They also have a rotating menu and introduce new desserts and drinks. This time we got the pistachio tra thai, pandan matcha ginger fizz, and the boricha soft serve. I enjoyed the pistachio tra thai the most because it was nutty and creamy. The pandan matcha ginger fizz was light and refreshing and I mostly tasted the ginger. The boricha soft serve was light and sweet. The atmosphere is pretty simple and cozy. Finding seating can be hard when it is busy, but they have long tables at the back you can share and individual seats at the bar."
