"Had my car battery replaced - the first one I ordered online was back ordered. They called immediately with an alternative. After placing the new order, they called within minutes to schedule the installation and even made sure to schedule when they had someone that specifically knew my car. I had called 2 other places to check prices and they were rude and unhelpful - the opposite of the Batteries Plus Team. Once there for the installation they were friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. While waiting, I listened to them field questions from several customers and they were knowledgeable and helpful with everyone. No one ever had to wait more than a minute before someone was asking how they could help. It’s so rare to see genuine customer service anymore, it was refreshing to see it still exists. Can’t recommend enough!! No reason to look anywhere else."

"Edit to initial review: If customer service is your “top priority” like you say it is, I would appreciate a call to discuss this matter further. I have already been in the store three times to address this issue. My number should be on one of the tickets that you guys have. Thanks. Be careful bringing your apple products here. I brought my Mac book here to get a battery replacement back in Dec 2022. Within a couple of months, the battery they installed couldn’t hold a charge for more than 15 minutes, eventually getting to the point that I couldn’t use my laptop without having it plugged in 24/7. I brought it back in to have this issue addressed and when they took a look at it, they said the battery is enlarged and said word for word, “whoever put these welds in did a terrible job”. Sounds to me like a bad install the first time and/or a faulty battery they put in. They then went on to tell me it would be another $110 to fix the issue. My favorite part was when I asked them to disconnect the battery and they disconnected the mousepad by mistake. Then pulling up a YouTube video on how to do it. If you’re doing battery replacements, should probably know how to disconnect the battery without having to learn it on the job. Lesson learned, just take your Apple products to Apple."
