Deiter Bros. Heating Cooling Energy

"I had a scheduled appointment from between 1pm and 3pm, which I called the same morning to follow up and confirm. I waited until 3:30pm before I called to find out the hold up or an updated ETA and was told the tech was about to head my way. I was spoken to on the phone as if I was an inconvenience, and the communication was vague at best. Had I not called, I would have been left to wait until someone showed up. The tech eventually showed up at 4:18pm, an hour and 18 after the time slot. Of course they still ask for the estimate cost but obviously didn't value my time at all. The tech was very professional, nice and helpful but customer service and communication were horrible. I won't use them again and wouldn't recommend this company for anyone who values their time and wants to be treated like an actually potential client. Update to the response: No need to talk further, your comment told me all I need to know about working with you. I was only expecting an apology for the communication, not deflection."

"It was a great choice to go with Deiter Bros. We had major work done. We had a new tankless water heater, gas dryer, gas stove, new hvac system, and emergency backup generator installed. There were a couple times where Deiter Bros. had the opportunity to charge us more for extra work we were asking for, they explained to us why we might want to reconsider and in the end we ended up saving money. I hope we have the opportunity to do business with them for a long time."
