"This has been a second unfortunate incident of unfriendly customer service. The girl that works the drive thru window intententially made me wait for my hot chocolate while it sat in the window. She made me wait for my receipt and debt card while she held it in her hand and took a order. This is the second time that I have experience her passive aggressive behavior. She doesn't say thank you . My daughter and I will stop going to this Dunkin. When it's early and you are on your way to work at 6:45 am-7:00 am it's really not a good time for immature passive aggressive behavior."
