"EDIT: The service manager did call me to discuss my issue, which I appreciate. My updated, fair review is below. Had a radiator coolant flush, the bolt holding the coolant reservoir had previously snapped which I was unaware of, they told me they reviewed the video which I believe them that they did not snap it, however they are confirming it was wobbling when they were filling the coolant. But not informing me of it when I inspected the next morning I found out, now I need to resolve but letting me know when they were doing the flush would have been the professional way to handle this situation, any mechanic or car shop would inform its customer of a significant issue or loose part, when working directly with that part (coolant reservoir). After 2 years of owning the vehicle, for the first time ever the Coolant Reservoir was down into the underhood being held on by the tubes, which was a direct result from it being wobbled when they did the coolant flush. All they had to do was tell me it was wobbling and loose when they were working with it."
