"I called them about a week and a half ago told them I’m having some noise from my back end of my car and I’m pretty sure it’s my rear differentials. I made an appointment and brought it in. They looked at my car and told me I was correct, and they needed to be replaced. I asked them how much it would be roughly so I can make preparation’s to make sure I had enough money. I also asked when they could fit me in. He said they should have it by Monday cause they needed to order the parts. I did ask him if it would be safe for me to drive until they could get me in and replace it. I was reassured multiple times that it would be safe until they could replace it and get me in. I had a few phone conversations with the mechanic about this issue and was told that I would get it done on Monday and latest Tuesday fast forward to this past Monday I was driving to work and I was in the fast lane on 95. Probably not my best decision and my rear differentials blew, I thank my lucky stars that I was able to pull over safely in traffic and get to the breakdown lane there. I called AAA and they sent a tow truck and they brought me to fire stone where my car was dropped off in the shop. I was told my car would be done by the end of the evening and they would call me when it’s ready. No one called me at all that day. I called them a few minutes before 5 PM. They told me no it’s not gonna be done today, but it will be done tomorrow, it was not done till after 7 PM after I had called repeatedly and got multiple different stories different lies from staff telling me different times different everything, I had to miss two days of work because of their negligence, and I finally picked it up at 7 AM this morning. I also would like to add that I spoke to them about putting some hangers and a clamp on my exhaust and they said they would do that before I picked my vehicle up repeatedly I was told this on the phone last night I was informed very nonchalantly that it was not done and that they wanted to do something else. I have gone to multiple auto shops and I know a little bit about cars and repairs enough to get me by and know what I need and what I don’t need. I needed the hangers on my vehicle, and I needed the clamp because of an exhaust leak. Those things were not done and they wanted to charge me even more for it to be done or a different procedure for the car I was quoted a couple bucks for each hanger and clamp and it would be under 100 for the exhaust repairs. I spent roughly $1500 for the rear differentials, which is good in a way, but it was a used part and they were not truthful. The only good thing I can say is that at least my rear differentials are replaced and my car is running safer than it was a month ago. But I cannot stand dishonesty, and I cannot stand when a business, is not being cohesive in the information they give their customers or trying to put the blame on other stuff or someone else because they don’t want to take the responsibility for their screwup‘s. And time and time again, I was lied to. I went to this place because my brother used to work there about 20 years ago. He was one of their mechanics. I don’t think I’m gonna be bringing my car back there because I need to trust the people that are working on my vehicle because if they screw up, it could be a matter of life, or death, and I don’t trust them. Oh, also when I got my vehicle this morning, my back passenger seat was folded down. The cargo cover was removed. Stuff in my trunk was all moved around and gone through. Keep in mind my car was directly towed with everything in it. There is no reason that my stuff should’ve been gone through. At least put the stuff back and put the seat back where it belongs and don’t make it ridiculously obvious that you rummage through all my stuff. and I drive a Ford escape.And the majority of my stuff back there that you will see in this pictures are my work, clothes and things like that. But I also had my court documents and personal information and my kids information… I’m a very unhappy, unsatisfied customer."
"Brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. Initially, everything went well but after picking up my car I discovered it had a strong left drift it didn't have before. Basically, if I let go of the steering wheel while I drive, the car will start drifting towards the left. Additionally, the steering wheel itself wasn't straight and has to be slightly angled to the right just so the car drives in a straight line. I call them, tell them about the issue, and brought my car in again a few days after. When I went to pick up the car, they told me they re-aligned the wheels and that it SHOULD be good now. As soon as I get back in the car, I immediately find the drift is still present and just as strong as it used to be. It made me wonder if they did anything at all to my car. Also made me wonder if they even test drove my car before and after they worked on it. If they had actually driven the car, they would be able to instantly feel the problem and known if they actually fixed it. I don't know what they did (or didn't do) but I'm not interested in coming back here again."
"Came in with a small nail in my tire. They tell me itll be about 45 minutes. 4 hours later im finally back on the road. A tire plug takes 10 minutes max. When they finally actually took my van into the bay, it took them an hour and twenty minutes to plug my tire and get me on the road. There is zero sense of urgency. The front desk people were polite but no one had respect for my time. Anyway. I suggest going somewhere else. If my workvan wasnt under contract with a fleet management company i wouldve done the plug myself."
"They will book too many people for appointments and make you wait for it. The cashiers at the desk talk about how bad that is. I came in for an inspection and they forgot to put a new sticker on. They also missed a safety thing, luckily when I went for an oil change a week after my inspection my regular mechanic found it. I wouldn't recommend this place, go somewhere else."
"Worst place! Do not come here. They broke the latch of my trunk. I came to get a tire and ended up with a broken latch! The trunk door wouldn't close! They tried to fix it, but now I have to use force on the trunk door to close it....It used to close without any effort...it is like a band-aid... I would have to change the whole piece soon...before the door gives out and does not close...just like a band-aid..."
