"If you value service and your time, don't go here. I needed to get 4 tires replaced on my CR-V. I could have gotten same day service at any tire shop but decided to go to Costco for a better deal. Bad idea! I was asked to order the tires online and make an appointment online. 7 days to get tires and 8th or 9th day for the appointment. Then I get a call on the appointment day telling me they have a bay down and am asked to reschedule. On Day 14, I come in 15 minutes ahead of the appointment time and am asked to wait 2 hours for tire replacement. When I ask why so long, I'm told there are people waiting ahead of me. Why give appointments then, I ask. So I don't have to wait 4-5 hours, I'm told. As I wait to pick up my car and write this, it's been 2-1/2 hours and it's not done yet. Hopefully I don't have to come here again."
"To this day I am still waiting for their call. Tried to order a battery on August 4th and was told that they needed to contact the factory for availability. After that, I would have to wait 3 weeks to receive it. No problem with the 3 weeks, but I'm still waiting for a call back. Tired of waiting, I contacted Sam's club. On the same day with a very responsive and friendly team I got it."
