"If it were possible to get a lower rating, I would. I went through the drive-thru to purchase $4.95 large cold brew. I asked that they not put ice in it, as I was going to refrigerate and drink it on my way to work in the morning, before Dunkin opened. Apparently at the Rt.6 (Hawley PA) Dunkin, when you decline ice they charge you AN ADDITIONAL $1.50! Imagine paying $6.49 for a cold brew. This is a scam where you either accept watered down coffee or pay extra. They have lost my business and respect, and encourage everyone to avoid this place."
