"I’ve known and used ORT for a while now, made some small orders and all have been well. Thats what is expected, I make purchase, I receive purchase, all is well. The real testament to a company’s worth however isn't always shown during situations like that. Recently I purchased a clutch kit through ORT from xclutch. A fairly expensive product, and I expected it to be perfect. Unfortunately the manufacturer boxed the parts incorrectly, and I was stuck with a kit that did not fit. Andrew immediately jumped in for assistance and the following day I was shipped out a complete new kit, and no real down time was had. He was very responsive, and stayed on too of xclutch for assistance, he had my back throughout the entire process. I know I would not have been helped the same had I ordered through a larger parts supplier. ORT will have my business for as long as I own a car"

"We ordered a Thule item from them because it had free shipping and a good price. They contacted us for more money for shipping and we provided a screenshot that showed free shipping in their shopping cart. That said there was an option for $50 for UPS shipping. We offered to split the difference with them and pay the $50. They agreed to this. Days went by and we reached out to ask when it would ship and they responded by outright lying to us that the product was discontinued by Thule and their shipment was canceled. They were so dedicated to lying to us that they said they reached out to other stores and no one has one in stock. So why do stores have it in stock for pick up today? (Too far away from me but still in stock.) Why does ORT still have it on their website?(For a lot more money than we paid, or tried to pay). Why does Thule still have it on their website? I'm okay with a company being honest and saying "We screwed up. We priced it too low and can't afford to ship it for free". It isn't good for the customer but it is understandable. But to lie basically 3 times about it shows the character of this company. Given their ethics in this case I have to assume it is the way they do all their business."
