"Used the drive thru to order a donut & coffee but only had a choice of 3 flavors so skipped the donut. Got to window paid for the coffee & the kid walked away. Almost 2 minutes later someone else walks by the window so I ask for her to hand me me my coffee & she said she has to make it. I didn't have time to wait so I asked for my money back & they refused saying that they do not give refunds. I was told to come back tomorrow when the owner would be there. I was not offered another drink so they stole my money. Never going back and neither should you!"

"This Dunkin is a small shop in a gas station. I was charged for an iced coffee and given a hot one.$.80 overcharge. when I called her on it, she handed me a dollar out of the tip bucket. It made me wonder if this happens frequently and customers don't notice. Most of the business is through the drive in. The inside floor and tables were dirty."

"Very convenient , near to exit with convenience store. Has gas station , ice bags, quick grab and go."

"I was here in the past like 2 or 3 years ago when gas station was ExxonMobil if I remember correctly. When I went this time ( main reason for the stop was to get gas), I was very pleasantly surprised how nice the place looked. Last time it was very casual looking Dunkin inside a store at gas station. Now half of the building is Dunikn and very nicely renovated, offering 2 dining in tables. Service was great. Customer service was excellent. Was very clean and looking good to eyes. Now I will be stopping at this gas station and Dunkin more often!"

"I placed an order for pickup using the on the go app as to be in and out quickly on my way to work. Upon arrival, the line for pickup was very long, which is not a problem, as this is often the case. The line was moving incredibly slowly and took 30 minutes to get my food which was ordered in advanced. Upon receiving my food, it was freezing cold, soggy, and thrown together. Disappointed with my experience."
