"This has to be the worst dunkin' donut ever! I like my donuts with icing in a box, I asked for a box, just got 2 donuts yesterday in a box. But today they have no box no boxes sack or nothing! Is what the lady said. No bathroom to wash your hands or nothing! You would definitely have better luck talking to a wall"

"Ordered a medium iced coffee on a really hot day . Only 5 pieces of ice inside the cup. And ask for more ice lady refused to give me extra ice. I should not have to pay for extra ice when you barely put any in the first place . Very rude staff . Also it’s iced coffee main ingredient first is the ice then the coffee and then the creamer and sugar ! Ice is really important in iced coffee! Get it right. Phone number does not work also can’t make a complaint too the manager."

"This is by far the worse DD I’ve been too. The service is trash. I ordered 10 donuts and got 8. I ordered 2 hash browns and got 1. I had to ask them to correct the order. Then realized that my hash browns were still frozen in the middle. Never again!"

"NEVER GO HERE! Dunkin's worst establishment..EVER. I cannot stress the negative impact this store has left me. A total waste of your time and money. The service girls are literally clueless with giving any reasonable amount of "good" service. I made my order clear and well known at the speaker, yet I still had to explain it "to them" SIX MORE TIMES.." AND...yet they still got it wrong, oh so very wrong and the worst part is ..there was only 2 items! No special orders.. nothing over the top... just a Train wreck of an experience. Whomever though these girls could be left in charge of a food business and assumed to make responsible and cognitive decisions was clearly mistaken. I seen and heard all the confusion in that kitchen through the drive-thru window I was tempted to just drive off, but I exclaimed...REPEATEDLY..."if you don't know how to make my order...just give me a ice coffee.." They finally said "NO... we can do it" Um..how hard is it to make a ice latté and a breakfast sandwich(which was barely cooked,Like cold and UNTOASTED?...now come on Really!? Apparently...waaay too difficult for that bunch. I'm done with this place.. Can I give a NEGATIVE STARTS rating?"
