"Anne definitely overcharged me. She also insisted I leave her a 5 star review the first appointment in exchange for the "free knowledge" she gave me (there was none). After thousands of dollars for paperwork that took her one day to complete, she wanted to charge me $850 more to fill in a few 0's for the year my business was not active. I filed my corporate taxes myself since my business had no income and felt completely scammed by how simple it was. I would not recommend Anne for your corporate taxes."

"I must have run into a niche that Anne didn't know about, having moved from living and working in upstate NY to working for an NY company and living in RI in 2021. Long story short, I had to personally amend my state tax return that Anne submitted with the state of New York. With the guidance of the NY state tax department, I received an $80 refund instead of the $3000 fee that Anne had found after submiting a form specifying that I had lived in NYC and owed NY City taxes on top of state taxes, when in fact I have never lived in the big the city. Considering the rave reviews above, I wouldn't discount Anne from your search for an accountant - the office was professional and kind and I even got a Christmas card from them - but if you have slightly complicated state taxes to do with remote work across state lines, I recommend you seek a professional with more experience in that specific area. I wish the team all the best, but unfortunately I won't be filing with them this year."
