"I took my car into this jiffy lube in April of 2022, in the first week of June 2022 my engine seized up and I had to replace it. There was no oil in my car, when I called them, they sent someone out to check my car, found there was no oil and sent it onto their manager. When the manager finally reached out to me he told me I took the oil out of my own car and damaged my engine on purpose. They refused to follow through with the warranty even though I drove the car well less than 3000 miles and/or less than 3 months. They are crooks and will not honor their work. They will blame you if anything happens(I found out that the oil bolt wasn't fastened properly after the oil change and my oil slowly leaked out and that's why my engine seized) even if it is their fault. I can only suggest going there at your own risk. They will not take care of you"
