"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A TIMELY FIX TO YOUR VEHICLE. I brought in my brand new car to be fixed after an extremely minor accident, as I was referred to them by the Kia dealership in Johnston. There was very minimal damage, so I was thinking it would be a 7-day turnaround, at most. It took 14 days for them to finish my car. As I approached the 2 week mark, I began calling to see when I could pick up my vehicle. They would consistently tell me it would be done by ‘the end of the day’, and then I would not hear from them again - until I called them back. I had to tell them that I was going to pick up my car on Day 14, no excuses, for it to finally be ready. When I received it, my leather seats were filled with dimples - probably due to car parts resting on them for the two weeks. Extremely frustrating. Horrible customer service. I will never recommend someone come here."

He knew just what was needed to work with KIA & to provide professional paint repair, restoring my Pearl White paint. When George walked us into shop we were amazed at how clean everything was. "I've taken various cars to AutoPaint RI for body work over the years and every time has been a positive experience. They are professional and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. When I picked up my car recently, I joked that I should trade it in now because it looks as good as when I bought it four years ago! They even touched up some minor scratches they found that had nothing to do with the requested repair. They estimated it would take a week for the repair, but they actually got it done a couple of days early. The shop is immaculate.
