"To the new owners: listen to your customers, put your ego aside. whoever is in charge of the changes, they are terrible. I’ve been going for 15+ years and for the first time the calzone was trash. It was heated in a microwave rather than in the oven. It’s soft. There’s no red pizza anymore. No eating inside anymore too? Get back to the basics please, this is so sad. I’ll gladly change the review back to 5 once the changes have been made"
