"I bought a Miele vacuum 2 yrs ago. When I took it for a yearly sevice the new owner who took over for his father in law gave me a hassle. He refused to honor the promotion his father in law who sold it to me which was for 2 boxes of free bags and a filter. I also had issues with the motor from the start and he told me the part would be ordered and never carried it through. I recently took it to another vacuum place and they told me it was put together incorrectly and they had to fix the neck also. I would not recommend this place. Poor customer service and scammed me to trade in my perfectly functional Miele for an upgrade that turned out to be a reject!"
