"I went in yesterday and today, the same ppl were at drive thru, older Indian lady and older Indian man, I asked for midnight coffee, cream and sugar. Twice the coffee tasted so bitter, coffee looked like mud.. it's always these two ppl. Why does the coffee look like that at 5am. Should be fresh. Please train your staff to make fresh coffee."

"I went to Dunkin Donuts to pick up a online order & THE EMPLOYEES forgot my other half of my order & the one that was taking orders at the time says to me “you’re too high”, I do not do any kind of drugs for him to even say that statement, after leaving I called the store over five times & received no answer.
