"Unfriendly and uncaring atmosphere. Came in to buy donuts for my nursing staff. Older Indian man and woman (seemed like management or owners) saw me - I said "good morning" with a smile and they turned their backs and continued talking amongst themselves and ignored me at the register. A younger employee eventually came over from working the window and helped me. I commented that the store had a very sad somber feeling and asked if everything was okay and how his day was going. He smiled but didn't respond."

"This was an awful experience. I brought my son in to pick his own donut from the display. They no longer have an in person experience. You are forced to order at a kiosk. They allowed us to oder a special spider donut that I later found out was not available. My son is special needs the whole reason I bought him in the store so he could have a special experience picking his own donut so he was very upset. This could have been avoided with an in person experience. I then received a hot coffee without the cream I asked for.. As I'm searching for the cream in the store my coffee dropped and burned my son and myself because it was so hot. Then the manager asked if I'm ok I replied no my son's arm is burned and I asked for ice. He at least asked if he could get me another coffee. I said yes, grabbed it and left because I was now 20 mins late because everything took so long. I later discovered they gave me decafe for my replacement coffee, which gave me a caffeine withdrawal headache all day. Do not go inside dunkin anymore they have lost all personal connection and ability to listen."

"They get my doughnut and coffee order wrong half the time, but the thing that really bothers me is the Indian guy in charge in the mornings (owner or manager?) treats his staff very poorly in front of customers and he doesn’t seem to care that he’s talking that way in front of us. I honestly don’t know why the employees still work there for him."

"I work next door. I would love to have a Wawa this close but I've grown close to the Duncan crew. There hard working and very helpful. I always get a smile with a few nice words. The coffee is ok but the donuts can't be beat."
