"The girls that have been working and running this store never open on time never have anything ready or prepared by time they open up and are rude. There’s 1 older lady who works here and she is the only one who seems to care about her job and tries to pick up the slack of the younger ones. I drive here from 30 minutes away because some of the times the bengals are great but as far as service sucks. There’s always people waiting outside and end up leaving because of them not opening when they are supposed to so your store loses a lot of business and gives this store a bad reputation"
"First we pulled into the lot and there were so many men hanging out in the lot and it felt very unsafe. There was no seating inside. They closed indoor seating. My husband went with 1 of my daughters to get a coffee and a bagel and they made the coffee wrong and the bagel was stale."
