"I had a terrible experience at the Toyota of Smithfield, 550 George Washington Hwy, Smithfield, RI 02917 service center. Despite making an appointment for a one-hour oil change, I ended up waiting for three hours. The whole purpose of scheduling was to ensure timely service. The customer service was exceptionally poor, and I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone. They should manage their appointments better before taking on more customers."
