"Food Poisoning Alert: I bought an XL hot original coffee yesterday 01-02-24 along with a sausage egg and cheese plain bagel. when i got to work i ate it abou an hour later i had horrible burps that smelled like rotten eggs. diarrhea & bad nausea. this morning i woke up with bad cramping and vomitting. It seems that I have food poisoning. **UPDATE** spoke with my PCP and stated it sounds 100 % like food poisoning"

"I’ve come to this Dunkin since they opened because of the drive-thru and great customer service they give especially first thing in the morning. My ONLY COMPLAINT ARE THE INFESTATION OF BEES!!!!!! For someone who is highly allergic there are bees swarming the drive-thru so much they get in your vehicle if not super careful. The staff instructed to come inside only to find that there are bees inside as well!!! This is NOT A SAFE ATMOSPHERE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS!!!! I will be calling corporate on this situation"

"I like that the Edgmont Dunkin' Donuts has a drive-thru. My dog is with me all the time and I do not like to leave her in the car even for a quick coffee pick-up. The Wake-Up Wrap with sausage is delicious and of course Dunkin' Donuts coffee is consistently good."

"Everything is hit or miss these days but this is gross. I asked my son why he didn't eat the last one of his pancake minis and he said there's a bite mark in it. What?!? Sure enough there are burn marks around an obvious bite, like it was taste tested - which is totally fine - but then put back on the griddle and then in the pile to give to customers. Totally NOT fine. This place backs up into the street and you have angry people coming in via the exit to park. I'll stick to another location for now. They've never had burn marks before like it was cooked twice like this one had."
