"Staff seems overwhelmed to the point of being rude. Just a warning, if it’s a Friday and you need something to arrive in NJ on Saturday, that is not Overnight or Next day as I was told! Next day or Overnight from Friday is apparently Monday even though I specified it had to be there Saturday. iPhone cost me $136 to ship next day (not really) when it would have been there Monday anyway. When I went back for a refund I was told by the same person I needed to ask for Saturday delivery, which I thought was implied by me saying this has to be there tomorrow (Saturday). USPS is always a better option!"
