"The quality of the service here has taken quite a dive in the last few months. Anything ordered behind the counter has been screwed up numerous times by different people, who more often than not are not rushed or slammed by having several other orders. After today I have to hold Wawa to the same standard as other fast food restaurants. Meaning I'll have to literally open and check anything I order right there at the counter (regardless of whether it seems patronizing or not)."
"So let me get this straight… food cost are going up by the minute…I have to check my own self out… and I can’t have a bag which can be very inconvenient. How does that make for good customer service? You’re not serving me at all! I’m serving me!"
"Daniel (making the sandwiches) really takes pride in his job and takes care of the customers! I appreciate him and am happy to see someone who actually cares about his job and the customers! He handled 2 issues, I noticed while I was there, (none of which were his fault) flawlessly! Thank you!"

"They never adhere to the scheduled pick up times which is crucial for me since I am on my break and need every minute. The chicken in my sandwich was hard which means my sandwich was sitting out for a while. Also the cashier with the Romy and Michelle hairdo is rude and speaks down to people."
