"No one offering to man the inside counter if you want to choose the limited supply of donuts they offfer. If you enter, it appears as al Quetta coffee house which strangle looking like military men speaking in foreign tongue. They coffee is worse I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ and the hash browns cold. Rude refusing to take order at counter."

"I'm not one to write reviews, but this Store is just AWFUL. I hate its the only Dunkin near by. The staff barely speaks english, they are RUDE because they dont understand you, and always get the other wrong. They always try to rush you. Today in the morning the lady in the Drive Thru kept screaming at me to make the other but I wasnt even near the speaker for her to hear me and if i tried to get closer I would hit the car in front of me. When I apologized and tried to explained she said Ok Hurry up. Dunkin Corporate office really needs to do something about this store. Al the good reviewes are fake, as must of them are done by friends and family of staff."

"I went inside and placed my order at the kiosk. A gentleman walked in after me but did not order from the kiosk. There were no customers for car side. As I sat and waited, I watched the three employees behind the counter handle five customers who ordered from their car. Then, one of the employees handed the gentleman who came in after me but did not place an order, a bag of food. I still sat there waiting. Finally, after 15 minutes, ( I ordered a bagel with cream cheese on the side and an avocado toast) I walked up to the counter. The employees were standing chatting indifferent to my presence. I asked them how they handled customers and was told they serve car side first. When I asked a second time because at this point I could see my food sitting in front of the one woman who was chatting and not finishing my order; I was told they handle customers in order received. I replied that was certainly not a true statement as I watched you give food away to the man who came in after me and no customers were at car side when I ordered. I was met with silence. Needless to say, this location needs more training and supervision since they are giving food away."

"I love going to dunkin donuts however, this location isn't the greatest. Ive gone about 4 times to this location out of convenience and everything they have managed to mess up my order. I ask for very little cream and they always over do it. I feel like I'm drinking milk flavored coffee. When I picked up some munchkins for my kids, it tasted dry and like left over from the previous day."
