"I sent my fiancés car here to have the brake pads/rotors replaced. One month later we have to have the break pads and rotors replaced AGAIN by a family friend after hearing the tell tale scraping sound of worn out pads. Not sure if these guy’s intentionally ripped us off, but either way, I’ve never had to have brake pads replaced twice in a year, nevertheless in the span of 2 months. But what baffles me most of all is that they also felt the need to tell her that having me change her oil is illegal after she told them she wasn’t interested in having them do it? I’d stay away."
